The navy blue background features light blue stripes representing the ocean currents. The vertical stripe design pays homage to the textile traditions of Peruvian ancestors and is woven on artisanal looms from fine alpaca yarns that give it a very soft and smooth texture. It is finished with hand-woven fringes for volume and movement.
